His natural affinity for writing and communication soon caught the attention of his line manager, who recommended him for a Credit Origination role. Over the years, Pako has held key credit roles within several leading banks, including First National Bank, BancABC, and Access Bank. His extensive experience in facilitating complex transactions has seen him work on projects ranging from shopping malls and large office complexes to trade deals across Africa.
