Phakalane Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr Matthews Mpasopi to Group Operations Manager.
Having been part of Phakalane Estates since 2014, Matthews has built his career within the organisation through years of service, operational experience and progressive leadership responsibilities.
His journey within the Group has seen him grow from an entry-level operational role, where he was responsible for attending to guest requests and supporting front-of-house operations, into senior leadership. Along the way, he has taken on increasing responsibility across various areas of the business and has contributed to the day-to-day operations and service standards of Phakalane Estates.
His promotion to Group Operations Manager marks the next step in this progression. In his new role, Matthews will take on broader operational responsibilities across the Group, building on the experience and leadership developed throughout his career with the organisation.
